Abstract
A method for rewarding web users for annotating and sharing their findings and suggestions from anywhere on the Web using a browser component. The reward takes the form of cash credit based on the overall sales performance of their suggested items. This method enables the collaborative creation of a list of hightly relevant findings and annotated hot-deals. All posted suggestions are organized by their annotations and made available for all Web users' perusal at a suggestion-portal Web site. Performance statistics of suggested items, such as traffic and sales, are also maintained and made available to the suggestion-portal visitors while maintaining the privacy and anonymity of the suggestion owners.
