Abstract

Abstract— Melampodium leucanthum (Torr. and Gray) leaves were disinfested and explanted upon a callus inducing medium. Changes accompanying the process of differentiating into callus were monitored photoacoustically and included decreases in cuticular depth and pigmentation in the mesophyll layer.
