Abstract

currently, personalized medicine, disease diagnosis, and protemic research have attracted intense attention due to their extreme importance for our better life. However it requires faster and more efficent multiplex protein detection. A technology that canreapidly and precisely screen a large number of proteins in a cost-saving way is badly needed. Herein, we invent a novel two-dimensional western blot protein detection technology based on barcode nanoparticle, which can be used for reapid, precise, robust and low-cost protein detection.
