Abstract

This paper explores the application of Self-Organizing Learning (SOL) to software crowdsourcing so that people can learn software design. SOL principles include communication, reflection, collaboration, community, creative tools, and amplification. Based on these principles, this project proposed a cloud-based environment to support people to learn software design based on crowdsourcing including crowdsourcing competitions.
