Yuma Early Literacy Project FY19 Yuma Early Literacy Project - Renewal 2018 It is the intent of the Yuma Regional Partnership Council to implement the Parenting Outreach and Awareness strategy providing 60 parenting activities for families and their young children with a focus on early literacy in the Yuma region, as part of a comprehensive and coordinated system.
