USAID DRIVE Session on Development Interventions USAID DRIVE Session on Development Interventions In September, USAIDs DRIVE learning series is featuring a live workshop on scaling-up international development interventions. The purpose is to understand how programming might be designed to encourage scaling of successful pilot projects and ideas by incorporating partners with the intention of scaling, and with training and access to resources built-in. The work performed by Dr. Hosman will include a presentation and participation in a 90 minute panel/Q&A session. The SolarSPELL project that Dr. Hosman founded and leads is particularly well-suited to this topic because it has successfully evolved from pilot to scale in the past few years.
