The Network for Public Health Law A High-Impact Approach to Address Health Disparities and Advance Healthy Communities The Network for Public Health Law A High-Impact Approach to Address Health Disparities and Advance Healthy Communities Objective 1: Increase the capacity of public health proponents to use law and policy to advance health equity and create healthy communities. Objective 2: Provide targeted support to initiatives addressing health disparities and ensure that representatives from low income communities and communities of color to guide the Networks work. Objective 3: Incorporate Culture of Health principles into the law and policy work of other disciplines, such as education, the environment, housing, transportation, food production, urban development, rural planning, and emergency preparedness. Objective 4: Strengthen the field of public health by increasing the use of Network services, its reach to key audiences, and its continued viability.
