The Impact of Grade Retention: A Developmental Perspective (Project Achieve) The Impact of Grade Retention: A Developmental Approach The Impact of Grade Retention: A Developmental Perspective (Project Achieve) Arizona State University Dr. Stephen West Statement of Work Dr. West will have primary responsibility for the longitudinal modeling of the data. He will specify the statistical models, perform the analyses, interpret the results, and prepare preliminary writeups of the results. In this work he will be assisted by a 10 hour per week Graduate Research Assistant whom he will supervise. He will also participate in conference calls with research staff at Texas A&M University. In this capacity he will serve as a consultant on design, measurement, and analyses issues that arise in the project.
