The Chinese Rock Art Recording and Exchange Project The Chinese Rock Art Recording and Exchange Project In broader terms, better methods of recording and digitally managing information about rock art sites will contribute to the preservation of these unique and largely unknown examples of China's cultural heritage, and facilitate international access. This digital information will be made available to scholars around the world through ASU's Deer Valley Rock Art Center. The proposed project will build on our initial contacts to establish long-term cultural and scientific collaborations and exchanges between ASU and Chinese institutions.
