System Level Simulation of a Bioenergetic Membrane System Level Simulation of a Bioenergetic Membrane System Level Simulation of a Bioenergetic Membrane - Renewal - 1 Leveraging expertise in the large-scale molecular simulations of integral-membrane protein networks, my role in this R01 Project will be to carry out computations for determining the conformational transitions in ATP synthase, and the mechanism of cytochrome c2 transport within the chromatophore of Rhodobacter sphaeroides. In addition, I will mentor a graduate student working between Tajkhorshids and my group.
