Description
Dr. Amy J. Jurewicz, Arizona State University Center for Meteorite Studies, will perform the task and duties described below in support of Stardust research. Dr. Jurewicz participated on the Stardust Aerogel Team in Phase CID (1997-1998) and was responsible for understanding the physical properties of flight aerogel, including inspection of aerogel cells, developmental testing, and recommendations for new developments. Accordingly, she has an intimate understanding of both Stardust's flight-spare aerogel archive and the original informational and process archive.
