    SRP-MIC Domestic Violence Prevention Initiative and Meth and Suicide Prevention Initiative Projects MSPI & DVPI Evaluation Project Provide evaluation of the SRP-MIC Domestic Violence Prevention Initiative Project. OAIP will provide the following activities as part of the evaluation to include: 1. Participate in those project meetings with Project staff and the IHS staff and National DVPI Project Officer, to utilize the local process to measure specific indicators including those that are consistent with national GPRA and IHS DBH program requirements. Includes participation by OAIP in conferences and meetings conducted by the project. 2. Meet at least twice per program year or as requested by project staff to discuss and monitor the gathering, managing and storing of the projects data and provide regular updates on the status of the data gathering and the resulting improvements that may be needed to adequately report and gather the required data. Assist Project staff in the collaboration and submission of their data into the DVPI national evaluation process. 3. Meet monthly with project staff to review and document the delivery of DVPI services as specified by the programs scope of work, including the review of progress, identification of barriers and plans for corrective actions, if any. These month meetings will be documented in a project report which will be submitted monthly to the project. 4. Analyze the results of subsequent data gathered and prepare a report for the project, including the protecting the confidentiality of the data, and store and transmit data in a manner that protects the projects data. 5. Provide semi-annual reports on the evaluation of the prevention of Domestic Violence services as provided by the project. Provide evaluation of the SRP-MIC Meth and Suicide Prevention Initiative project. OAIP will provide the following activities as part of the evaluation to include: 1. Continue to work in conjunction with the projects planning groups to utilize an evaluation methodology that incorporates the outcome measures developed by the Project and those required by Indian Health Services 2. Utilize those national cross site evaluation measures that apply to the Projects scope of work. 3. Work with the planning groups and other stakeholders including participation by OAIP in conferences and meetings conducted by the project. 4. Meet monthly with project staff to review and document the delivery of MSPI services as specified by the programs scope of work, including the review of progress, identification of barriers and plans for corrective actions, if any. These month meetings will be documented in a project report which will be submitted monthly to the project and serve as the process portion of the evaluation. 5. Meet at least twice per program year or as requested by project staff to discuss and monitor the gathering, managing and storing of the projects data. Provide regular updates on the status of the data gathering and the resulting improvements that may be needed to adequately report and gather the required data. 6. Analyze the results of subsequent data gathered and prepare a report for the project. Also, protect the confidentiality of the data, and store and transmit data in a manner that protects the projects data. 7. Provide semi-annual reports on the evaluation of the prevention and treatment of methamphetamine use and suicide services as provided by the project.
