SPIDER MESA and JINA: Sabbatical Funding for Prof Frank Timmes (ASUF 30006565) SPIDER, MESA, and JINA: Sabbatical Funding for Prof. Frank Timmes I plan to spend most of my sabbatical at the Kavli Institute for Theoretical Physics at the University of California, Santa Barbara. During this sabbatical, I will conduct research in stellar physics on three sponsored projects (two from NSF and one from NASA) that center around (a) the progenitors of massive star supernovae and (b) models of white dwarf supernovae.
