Description
STARR Noyce, which operates in the greater Phoenix metropolitan area, has been effect for a little over 8 months. During this time, we have realized the need to enhance a few areas in the grant in order to contribute to the recruitment and retention of STARR Noyce graduates. This supplemental builds on the work we have begun by hiring a recruitment specialist, developing first year teacher kits, supporting professional development, creating a virtual mentor-mentee nexus, and supporting teachers to work with academically talented students.
