RTAC RTAC RTAC 7.S: Inclusive Digital Development Deliverable 1 is a one-page technical scope (1-pager) document that will be shared with participants as a cover page to the meeting agenda. USAID/ GCRF will provide input and suggestion for the 1-pager and rely on ASU-RTAC to generate something that is visually appealing and cohesive with other deliverables. Deliverable 2 is a convening agenda document, which is a description of activities/sessions (with input from USAID and GCRF) in a visually-appealing format that will be shared with participants. Deliverable 3 is a guest list document (most participants will be identified by USAID/GCRF), and a set of invitation materials/documents. Invitation should be sent to list on or before May 28 (one month before event). Deliverable Batch B Deliverable 4 is a workshop facilitation guide document for workshop leaders and speakers (this corresponds to Activity Area 4). The final version of this document will be distributed to workshop leaders and speakers on or before July 1. Deliverable 5 is a run of show document for internal conference leaders/facilitators and logistics teams (this corresponds to activity area 4). This deliverable is a detailed plan for how the event will run, including timing and dedicated individuals responsible for shepherding main events as well as behind-the-scenes logistical needs. This document will serve as an internal-facing minute-by-minute guide for the entire workshop. The final version of this document will be distributed to workshop leaders on or before July 1. Deliverable 6 is a post-workshop participant survey evaluation document that will be administered after the workshop is completed (this corresponds to activity area 6). Deliverable 7 is a post-workshop participant survey report document (this corresponds to activity area 6). The report will be used for internal purposes only and does not need to be fully copy edited and/or 508 compliant. Deliverable 8 is an outline of final workshop report, a 12-page document outline with bulleted content (this corresponds to activity area 6). Deliverable 9 is a draft final report document (this corresponds to activity area 6). The draft final report will consist of a 1015-page Word document. The draft (and final) report will include: an executive summary, a summary of conference objectives, attendance, proceedings, a discussion of key themes and outputs of the meeting to include: identified knowledge gaps, challenges, opportunities, and key recommendations arising from the convening. The draft final report will not be professionally-produced and 508 compliant. Deliverable 10 is a final report document (this corresponds to activity area 6). Upon receipt of feedback of report final contents, the content will be edited and revised and laid out in a professionally-produced and copy-edited, visually appealing, and 508 compliant.
