Rotational Leadership Program Evaluation Rotational Leadership Program Evaluation Scope of Work The main program evaluation consists of: Exploratory Study: we will conduct focus groups and interviews to CPLC employees, partners, stakeholders and other randomly selected nonprofit representatives in Arizona. Quantitative Study: we will conduct a survey to CPLC employees and another survey to nonprofit organizations in Arizona. Data Gathering and Analysis: we will gather and analyze all data collected from the previous studies. Evaluation Report: we will prepare an evaluation report documenting the outcomes of the study. Recommendations Report: drawing from the previous report and from literature reviews we will provide recommendations of actions to take in order to expand the program internally and to implement a continuous assessment methodology. The knowledge dissemination consists of: The Lodestar Center will use the results of the evaluation to build an educational case study to be available for use in ASU nonprofit leadership and management classes, and potentially other nonprofit institutes interested in it. The Lodestar Center will summarize the findings for nonprofits interested in the results of the study, through electronic and/or printed publications (such as the Lodestar Center webpage and Research Friday blog series). The ASU Lodestar Center for Philanthropy and Nonprofit Innovation retains the right to present the research findings in publications and presentations.
