Reduce Community Violence and Promote Community Safety in El Salvador Reduce Community Violence and Promote Community Safety in El Salvador Statement of Work la Fundacin Empresarial para el Desarrollo Educativo (FEPADE) 1. ASU will assist FEPADE in the design of a baseline survey for Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) and will provide M&E technical support thereafter at fees to be determined as funding becomes available. 2. ASU will assist FEPADE with proposal development and the identification of matching funds for proposed projects. 3. FEPADE will pay ASU $25,000 for the above services. 4. Funding provided by FEPADE to ASU through this MOU will generally be used for, among other things, the following purposes: a. ASU (and associated) personnel to travel to El Salvador for the above stated work. b. Contracting for services necessary to support the above stated work. 5. ASU will match the funds provided by FEPADE through the following: a. Provision of 5% of Dr. Charles Katz annual effort, which is valued at $17,932. The calculations for this value are as follows: a. Katz Annual salary $134,550 * 5%=$8,971 b. Fringe Benefits =$8,971 * 30.7%=2,673 c. Indirect Costs= $11,644 * 54%=$6,288 b. Provision of 5% of Tim Nelsons annual contract, which is valued at $6,000. The calculations for this value are as follows: a. Nelson Annual consulting contract = $120,000; 5%=$6,000
