Description
Radiation Effects Modeling in Circuit Simulation for 025 m HV Radiation Effects Modeling in Circuit Simulation for 0.25 m HV The purpose of this RPS is effectively demonstrating circuit simulation techniques to model total ionizing dose (TID) and dose rate effects in Medtronic integrated circuits. The project combines experimental data and computer generated models to provide radiation aware modeling of integrated circuits for TID and dose rate independently. The RPS is broken into specific tasks for each of the two modeling thrusts (TID and dose rate) to be completed as detailed below. Each deliverable, to be provided by ASU to Medtronic, has an estimated completion noted. Progress against these deliverables will be reviewed using a report provided by ASU on a quarterly basis. Quarterly reports are due at the end of each Medtronic fiscal quarter (Q1 7/31, Q2 10/30, Q3 1/31 and Q4 4/30). Fiscal year 2013 (FY13) is from 5/1/2012 through 4/30/2013.
