Providing Capacity Metrics for NavalX Technology Development Ecosystems Providing Capacity Metrics for NavalX Technology Development Ecosystems As an advancement to the current approach to measuring Tech Bridges impact, we propose: to 1) Develop visualizations, 2) Create an overall impact score, and 3) Create a semi-automated report builder. Specifically: 1. To develop web-based visualizations that help Tech Bridges users interpret and understand each measurement score, and how the connections between may influence one another rather than as individual metrics. 2. To create an overall impact score that compares networks year over year, or against a randomized null hypothesis to evaluate Tech Bridges effort toward building relationships with academia, the private and non-profit sectors; not just with the Naval Warfare Center. 3. To create an semi-automated report builder that can generate written, narrative accounts of regional performance with NavalX Tech Bridges team and leadership, and organization members.
