Proposal for Assessment of Tribal Social Services (TSS) of the Gila River Indian Community (GRIC) Proposal for Assessment of Tribal Social Services (TSS) of the Gila River Indian Community (GRIC) This proposal to provide an assessment of TSS will utilize both process evaluation methodology with outcome evaluation methodology that will examine service delivery by TSS to the GRIC. Several different evaluation structures will be utilized in the assessment including focus groups, staff surveys and interviews, reviews of documents, and analysis of data and other information. By utilizing both process and outcome evaluation methodologies the assessment has the capability to analyze process, output and outcome data. This mixed method methodology provides for the most comprehensive assessment of the TSS programs impacts on the people of GRIC.
