Description

(PQC3) Genomic and Microenvironmental Diversity as Drivers of Metastasis in DCIS (PQC3) Genomic and Microenvironmental Diversity as Drivers of Metastasis in DCIS The ASU team will be responsible for analyzing the sequencing and SNP array assays of the DCIS and metastasis samples. They will also quantitatively characterize the tumors and microenvironments from IHC staining. They will develop appropriate measures of diversity in both the genomics and IHC data. The ASU team will also carry out the biostatistical analyses of the relationships between the genomics and IHC assays as well as the clinical outcomes.
