Evaluate the in vivo efficacy of anti-EGFR and anti-PD-L1 monoclonal antibodies (material) in cancer mouse models. 2. Optimize the Agrobacterium tumefaciens strain to achieve lower endotoxin contents. 3. Generate sufficient material for pharmacodynamics (PD), pharmacokinetics (PK), and toxicology studies. 4. Evaluate the PD, PK and toxicology properties of the material.
