Plan Integration for Resilience Scorecard for Heat (PIRSH) Plan Integration for Resilience Scorecard for Heat (PIRSH) Sara Meerow will serve as co-investigator for the project Plan Integration for Resilience Scorecard for Heat (PIRSH). She will help to oversee all aspects of the project in partnership with Dr. Ladd Keith at the . For Meerow this will include the hiring and training of a graduate student research assistant who will help with the plan analysis. Meerow will help in gathering the city plans, developing the plan coding methodology, oversee the analysis, and co-author resulting publications for academic journals and the American Planning Association. Meerow will also communicate regularly with the case study cities and collaborators. This grant will lead to the development and validation of a generalizable PIRSH methodology and the advancement of knowledge on planning for extreme heat.
