Description

Physical and Mechanical Properties of Aerated Concrete Blocks Physical and Mechanical Properties of Aerated Concrete Blocks Phase 2-Aerated Concrete Blocks in Support of ICC Filing the second phase of the project to evaluate Flexcrete Aerated Concrete Blocks in support of the ICC filing. Formal FlexCrete Block Testing Representative samples are to be randomly selected from the plant by the ASU team and tested in consideration with the requirements ofICC in order to obtain certification for the products. Three full scale wall tests of standard wall systems manufactured by AAC in support of ICC certification program. The objective is to develop data for design calculation and verification of design protocols. Prepare ICC ES draft report. Draft report will cover material test data and structural design of fiber reinforced aerated block units. Develop AC block Quality control manual and testing procedures, Equipment upgrade, and test method development. Physical and Mechanical Properties of Areated Concrete Blocks-Thermal charateristics
