Photothermal Energy Conversion in Nanofluids Photothermal Energy Conversion in Nanofluids The objectives of this research and education effort are specified below: A. Improve fundamental understanding and control of radiative interactions with suspended nanoparticles and aggregates B. Develop fundamental understanding of how boiling can be initiated and controlled via the interaction of light with suspended nanoparticles and aggregates C. Expand educational and outreach activities by developing web-based solar thermal energy educational modules, working with high school students, and writing articles for local newspapers
