Peer Career Advancement Academy Peer Career Advancement Academy This project is a partnership between: the Arizona Department of Health Services, Division of Behavioral Health (ADHS/DBHS) and the Arizona State University, Center for Applied Behavioral Health Policy (ASU). ASU will provide the following services to design, develop, implement and support the Peer Career Advancement Academy: 1) technical assistance, consultation and administrative support to the Governance Committee and Curricula Committee; 2) curricula design, development, training facilitation and coordination of the training tracks and workshops (e.g. marketing and promotion of upcoming events and statewide scheduling support); and 3) project evaluation and outcome reporting.
