Oribital Reef: Commercial Low Earth Orbit Destination Oribital Reef: Commercial Low Earth Orbit Destination The consortium will be led by Arizona State University and will consist of the founding members Colorado School of Mines, International Space University, Massachusetts Institute for Technology, Oxford University, Purdue University, Southwest Research Institute, Stanford University, University of Central Florida, University of Colorado at Boulder, University of Florida, University of Michigan, University of Texas at El Paso, University of Texas Medical Branch, and Vanderbilt University. The consortium will have a voice in the administration of Orbital Reef through a Board seat or similar. This role will rotate annually among members (ASU will serve in the first year). The consortium itself will be governed by an internal board of directors.
