Oganizational Efficiency and Performance at the US Army Medical Command II Oganizational Efficiency and Performance at the US Army Medical Command II The Performance Based Research Studies Group at Arizona State University proposes the following items for the scope of work of the agreement between ASU and VW International Incorporated as applied to services delivered to the US Army Medical Command: MEDCOM Strategic Tasks 1. Work with MEDCOM in creating and implementing a long term strategic plan for the sustainable implementation of a performance information environment that includes risk minimization, performance metrics, quality control/quality assurance within an information structure, and an organizational transformation model to drive changes in behavior. 2. Measure the effectiveness and added value of the developed system(s). 3. Analyze the overall efficiency of the MEDCOM delivery process. 4.
