Scope of Work Statement Teresa Wu, Ph. D. Arizona State University As the director of Intelligent Decision Systems Laboratory at School of Computing, Informatics, Decision Systems Engineering, Arizona State University, Dr. Wu has over 12 years experience in informatics including developing large scale information system for healthcare enterprise, developing data mining algorithms and tools for imaging data. Dr. Teresa Wu will jointly with Dr. Jing Li advise 1 Ph.D. students (50%) work closely with the project investigators from Mayo Clinic and TGen to 1. Develop machine learning algorithms such as SVM and ANN to correlate imaging traits with genomic profile for brain tumor 2. Develop sparse transferring learning algorithm to generate radiogenomic association maps
