Marketing Evaluation Study for the Grand Canyon Field Institute (ASUF 30006840) Marketing Evaluation Study for the Grand Canyon Field Institute ASU will conduct an online survey with current households that have relations with GCA or GCFI or both. Only those past participants or members who agree to have additional mailings/contacts with GCA will be contacted. A program like Qualtrics will be used to program the questions written by Moses and reviewed by ASU and GCA. Qualtrics can also manage sample responses and reminders. We expect a 40% response rate. A nonresponse analysis using provided information in the members database to determine the type of persons who have not responded will be conducted. In addition to the online survey, four focus group sessions will be conducted with individuals identified as being interested in the outdoors, culture and travel. GCA will need to assist ASU in contacting other nonprofit associations that would be willing to share lists of their members. Two focus groups will be held online with the assistance of the college education team John Pratt. Two additional focus groups will be held in person. One session in Phoenix at the Moses conference room, the other session in Tucson at a place to be determined. GCA and Moses will be invited to watch and listen at all four sessions.
