Laryngeal Regenerative Medicine Laryngeal Regenerative Medicine Project Lab work for Dr. Lott to be completed by Christine Pauken, PhD will consist of: a. Experiments i. ECM composition of various laryngeal tissues, interacting with Dr. Langlois for Mass spectroscopy of various samples ii. Mechanical testing of various laryngeal tissues iii. Development of bioreactors for laryngeal regenerative medicine iv. Interact with residents and students for various studies v. Assist in writing grant proposals and papers vi. 3D printing& Scaffold Making will be completed at ASU in Dr. Massias Lab
