Juvenile Court Early Education Collaborative Juvenile Court Early Education Collaborative I. Project Abstract/Summary-Juvenile Court Early Education Collaborative Maricopa County Superior Court-Juvenile Court Division Juvenile Court Early Education Collaborative is a proposed demonstration project by Maricopa County Juvenile Court, with collaborative partners Arizona Division of Children, Youth, and Families (DCYF), local Head Start providers, Prevent Child Abuse Arizona, and First Things First, aimed to build infrastructure for linking children, ages birth to 5, in or at-risk of entering the foster care system with comprehensive, high-quality early care and education services.
