Improving Accuracy of Project Outcome Predictions Improving Accuracy of Project Outcome Predictions Scope of Work There are eight tasks associated with the original proposal (see appendix 1). Outlined below is a description of Dr. Graus contribution to the items required to complete the RT291 project. Development of Tools and Recommended Practices Dr. Grau is responsible for leading the development high value and high impact implementable tools and/or recommends practices that can be widely adopted by CII companies. Validation of Research Findings Dr. Grau is responsible to guarantee the validation of the research findings and using that information to make appropriate recommendations. Generation of Research Deliverables Dr. Grau is working for the production of the research summary, final research report and implementation resources for the project. Prepare and execute Annual Conference Presentation Dr. Grau plans to participate in the tryouts and presentation of the research results at the 2013 CII annual conference.
