Impact Survey Presentation: Cumulative Non-Convention Events Impact Survey Presentation: Cumulative Non-Convention Events EXHIBIT A SCOPE OF WORK The parties agree as follows: PCCD will provide ASU access to delegates and attendees for the purpose of administering a survey related to guest experience and perception of multiple constructs such as quality of facilities, food and beverage, and staff when attending events at our venues. ASU and PCCD will jointly create the survey. The survey questions must be agreed upon by ASU and PCCD. If agreement is not reached, no surveying will be conducted. A minimum of 3 undergraduate and one graduate student will perform the data collection and will be mutually selected and agreed upon by ASU and PCCD; ASU professors will train and advise the students. Students will dress similarly and professionally, as agreed upon by ASU and PCCD. Students will be at the PCCD for data collection purposes only and agree to collect information only in areas agreed upon by ASU and PCCD. ASU will be responsible for the safety and behavior of all students participating in this project. A minimum of 2 events and/or 2-4 event days will be surveyed per a semester. A minimum of 300 surveys will be collected for analysis per a semester. ASU may publish the findings of the research conducted, after it has received PCCD approval. Basic statistical information will be prepared and submitted 15 days after each data collection. A final report will be prepared and submitted to PCCD 45 days after the last data collection. The final report will be formatted and include the information per the sample report in Exhibit B.
