Identifying Directed Therapies for Adamantinomatous Craniopharyngioma using Advanced Biological Techniques and Genetically Engineered Mouse Models Identifying Directed Therapies for Adamantinomatous Craniopharyngioma using Advanced Biological Techniques and Genetically Engineered Mouse Models Dr. Shepherd's contribution to this project will be experimental and computational. He will oversee 1) clearing, multiplexed RNA/protein labeling, and 3D imaging of tissue biopsies; 2) image analysis of 3D imaging data; 3) selection of cell identity markers from single-cell RNA-Seq data and other high throughput data; and 4) image analysis of MIBI data. This task will involve the use of our electrophoretic tissue labeling equipment, our custom light sheet/structured illumination microscopes, image analysis pipelines, and results from the Hankinson laboratory. Results will be integrated across sites to determine cell types of interest in tissue biopsies.
