Hubert H Humphrey Fellowship Program (Year 10)

Hubert H. Humphrey Fellowship Program Participants ("Fellows") will begin arriving on campus in August 2019. The Program will officially conclude for the Fellows on June 12, 2020. The Subrecipient will appoint a Coordinator to be approved by IIE and the U.S. Department of State (as described in Section 1) to administer the Hubert H. Humphrey Fellowship Program on campus. The Coordinator serves as the liaison between the Fellows, the Subrecipient, professional resources, IIE, and the U.S. Department of State. The Coordinator should be either a member of the Subrecipient's faculty or administration. The Coordinator has overall responsibility for the Fellows assigned to the Subrecipient and shall guide, counsel, and assist the Fellows as outlined further in the scope of work.
