Grow Local Tempe: Policies and Roadmaps to Expand UA for a Healthier and Happier Tempe Grow Local Tempe: Policies and Roadmaps to Expand UA for a Healthier and Happier Tempe ASU will provide the research skills required to develop coherent data collection mechanisms and formulate appropriate frameworks to analyze the data. Swette Center will also assist with community engagement efforts, supporting beginning and existing urban farmers as entrepreneurs in Tempe, and co-publish reports and project plans throughout the duration of Grow Local Tempe.
