CTI iProject - Utility Customer Communication-Social Plug CTI iProject - Utility Customer Communication-Social Plug Develop Artificial Intelligence that can search, analyze and automatically respond to customer text messages and to social chatter on the internet (discussion boards, Twitter, Facebook, etc.), with a focus on the electric utility industry. Before starting development, the iProject team will be required to research what types of information that can be analyzed, such as keywords in text messages, phrases in Twitter streams, and GPS locations on images and videos. The AI will need to be able to process text, images and possibly videos. The AI should also be able to self-learn as it processes more text messages and posts. Skills Needed - Good understanding of top and emerging social media companies - AI Development Experience
