COVID-19 Surge Support (Task Order 4 - Exhibit G): Special Projects COVID-19 Surge Support (Task Order 4 - Exhibit G): Special Projects Maricopa county will provide a request in writing to ASU, specifying the community target and a general scope of services that ASU is being requested to provide. Within 48 hours of receipt of such a request, ASU and MCDPH will meet to discuss the request, gather additional operational detail, and a list of community/project contacts that ASU can contact to gain additional detail. Within 5 working days of the initial meeting with MCDPH and ASU, ASU will submit a detailed scoping document, specifying the timeframe and deliverables. MCDPH will provide written approval of the scoping document. On a monthly basis, ASU will submit a status report to MCDPH of the status of active special projects activity.
