Community Food Connections, Micro Business Consulting and Technical Services Community Food Connections, Micro Business Consulting and Technical Services Through this program, CFC wishes to provide small businesses with the skills necessary to succeed in a competitive marketplace. Effective management of future growth requires vendors to further develop their business knowledge in the areas of bookkeeping, accounting, financial reporting, marketing, and law. Therefore, the consulting services proposed here will (1) educate vendors on basic agribusiness principles of accounting, marketing, and management, (2) allow vendors the opportunity to apply these concepts to their own businesses, using business and marketing plan formats, and (3) provide follow up consultation services. The methods for achieving these proposed objectives are described in the next section. Methods
