Description
Collaborative Research: Testing Evolutionary Psuedocongruence Along the Baja California Peninsula Through Integration of Geologic and Genomic Data Collaborative Research: Testing Evolutionary Psuedocongruence Along the Baja California Peninsula Through Integration of Geologic and Genomic Data This project serves to understand the geological drivers of biological diversity on the endemic-rich Baja California peninsula. ASUs role in this project is to conduct genomic and transcriptomic analyses, as well as the integration of geologic and genomic data. ASU will also participate in: field collection of specimens, ecological modeling of species climatic niches, genomic partial information decomposition, development of a data repository, and educational animations and videos for non-experts.
