This project is a partnership between Arizona State University and the Maricopa County Community College District to provide summer research experiences to mathematically talented students, particularly students from 2-year institutions and 4-year liberal arts colleges with limited STEM research opportunities. Two one-week course modules on applied dynamics and partial differential equations will be offered to prepare community college students for their subsequent 8-week summer research experience, joined by participants from other baccalaureate programs.
