Capacity Building - Teen Pregnancy Prevention Program Capacity Building The Southwest Interdisciplinary Research Center (SIRC) Office of Evaluation and Partner Contracts at Arizona State University (ASU-research institution) agrees to partner and collaborate with Maricopa County Department of Public Health (MCDPH) Office of Health Promotion and Education (OHPE) in its grant application to the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) Office of Adolescent Health (OAH). This is a five year Cooperative Agreement intended to provide capacity building assistance to support small scale replications of evidence-based teen pregnancy prevention (TPP) programs to scale in the future.
