C1: Downtown Business District Revitalization Plan C1: Downtown Business District Revitalization Plan This Scope of Work Statement (SOW) is issued pursuant to the April 9, 2019 Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) and pursuant July 8, 2019 IGA Amendment between the Town of Clarkdale (Town) and the Arizona Board of Regents for and on behalf of Arizona State University (ASU), collectively the Parties, pertaining to the Towns participation in the ASU Project Cities Program, and is effective as of the date of last signature on the signature page below (Effective Date). This SOW is specific to the Downtown Business District Revitalization Plan Scope of Work, herein referred to as the Project.
