Continue development and refinement of a customer satisfaction program for Tremco. Specifically including: i. Measuring of all Tremco warranted projects. a. Call each buyer three times to gather satisfaction ratings ii. Reporting of the satisfaction ratings of all Tremco warranted projects. iii. Performance line of all Applicators from customer satisfaction program. iv. Support the program by education, training, data basing, etc. 2. Support Tremco with the presentation of the customer satisfaction program to contractors and buyers. 3. Create a website that provides buyers satisfaction ratings as per Tremcos request.
