Description
Autophagy regulation of apoptosis and necroptosis within cell populations Autophagy regulation of apoptosis and necroptosis within cell populations Dr. Shepherds contribution to the project will be computational and training. He will oversee the training of University of Colorado members in performing multiplexed imaging and quantitative analysis of RNA and proteins within cells and tissue. He will provide expertise and guidance in the selection of molecular probes, tissue processing methods, imaging methods, and image analysis methods. Dr. Shepherd will travel to University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus during the summer months to work on RNA and protein imaging pipelines at the Thorburn laboratory
