ASU-Helios Decision Center for Educational Excellence Phase 2 Continuation ASU-Helios Decision Center for Educational Excellence Phase 2 Continuation In Phase I of the grant we compiled publicly available data, informed stakeholder groups about the Center, created tools and data analyses to engage stakeholders, developed data sharing agreements and started initial analyses of the available data. In Phase II we will extend the data sharing agreements and stakeholder engagement. We expect to have an expanded data sharing agreement with ADE, ABOR, and the community colleges to be able to link post-secondary transcript data to K12 data in place for the start of Phase 2. We will also continue to expand and deepen our relationships with stakeholders as we involve them in new projects. The major focus of Phase 2 work, however, will be on doing analyses on the data to which we have access, answering research questions, and and sharing results with stakeholders. This has started in Year 3 of the current grant with a teacher workforce white paper, a rigorous course taking report and work on calculating ABOR and Community College readiness. This will only increase exponentially as we expand our research capacity and widen our collaborations with the Arizona Board of Regents, ASSIST and the Helios research office.
