All Digital Switch-Mode DCDC Converter with BIST for Extreme Temperature and Radiation Environments All Digital Switch-Mode DCDC Converter with BIST for Extreme Temperature and Radiation Environments Overview & Work Summary: Statement of Work: Successful outcome the proposed 18 month Connection One project is as follows: 1) Design, fabrication and characterization of a single stage, high speed DCDC converter with integrated impulse response self-test core: proposed single stage 2 DCDC converter will be implemented on Jazz Semiconductors SOI CMOS process with an LDMOS output stage. 2) Development of a self-test algorithm that can isolate and report long term drift of individual components: A mixed signal stimulus and correlation based self-test module will be developed.
