DelayTOOLS version 1.0 - dual stability test

This program determines stablity of a linear differential equation with multiple delays using a dual form of Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional. Here \dot{x}(t)=A0x(t)+A{1}x(t-tau(1))+...+A{K}x(t-tau(K)) where A0, A{i}, and tau(i) are user inputs.

Inputs: enter in solver_ndelay_dual_joint_nd_RL2_vZ
A{i} - these can be arbitrary square matrices of arbitrary dimension.
tau(i) - These can be an arbitrary sequence of positive increasing numbers.
