Additional file 3: Table S-3. The full Metabolon dataset contained 595 metabolite measurements. The 50 metabolites with the highest AUC, shown in Table 5, were included in the multivariate analysis. 45 of these metabolites exhibited statistically significant differences in the mean or median between the two groups. There were three other metabolites in the full Metabolon dataset that were not included in the multivariate analysis because they had lower AUC values than those in the top 50. These metabolites and their hypothesis testing results are shown in Table S-3.
